Metal placard on the base front reads, "Topps All Star Rookie, Young America's Favorite 1963, Tommy Harper, Cincinnati Reds Outfield." Touch of light scattered surface wear/aging and the batter figure has been professionally reattached. Includes period black and white 8"x10" of Harper and others receiving their trophies.
