Sepia toned 9"x11" photo has been signed, "To Mel Ott - With appreciation for a fine afternoon and good luck in the pennant race, Dwight D. Eisenhower." Also signed by former Mayor of New York Fiorello La Guardia. Fountain pen signatures rate 8 out of 10. Light scattered wear to photo includes a few very minor scattered wrinkles/creases. The image was taken just weeks after the conclusion of World War II when Eisenhower was honored with a parade that concluded at The Polo Grounds.
