Riddell Kra-Lite II professional model Cardinals helmet retaining its original team decals on side panels and "21" uniform numeral decals on the back. Interior suspension padding remains intact with "Terry Metcalf" written in black marker. Metcalf wore #21 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Moderate overall use including impact markings and scratches.
