Cream color durene style jersey as worn by Carl Eller as a member of the vaunted Minnesota Vikings Purple People Eaters defensive front four. Jersey retains its original purple on gold #81 on front, back, and both sleeves all original as issued. Early SandKnit tagging with Al Adritt Athletic Goods Co. distribution designation affixed to tail front along with size 48 flag tag. The shirt exhibits very fine evident use and wash wear including several small holes on right breast area and heavy puckering to the numerals from wash wear. Several small reddish-brown stains are present around the collar area which are very likely from blood...either Carl's or more possibly his offensive football victims on the opposing team. Signed on the front in silver sharpie, "Carl Eller 04 Game Used".
