Description: Scarce Carl Eller NFC Pro Bowl game worn professional model football helmet c.1971-74. Riddell Kra-Lite 8 model football helmet as worn by NFL Pro Bowl member Carl Eller retaining its original "N" team decals on side panels on white painted helmet shell. Interior retains its original suspension padding with "Eller" written in period black marker on back of helmet and on small piece of linen tape. Original face guard is affixed to the helmet with several replacement clips. Overall condition is very fine with expected surface crazing/patination from age along with some areas of chipping and indentations from use. Signed, "Carl Eller Game Used" on interior ear flap. Highly desirable and uncommon game helmet from six time Pro Bowl honoree and Hall of Fame member.
