Description: Draper & Maynard leather football helmet with early suspension interior c.1930s. Leather helmet with dog-ear style flaps features an early version of what later became the standard "suspension" style interior. Crown is reinforced with layers of leather and is a transitional version between the raincap style which could be folded and the later hard shell. Mild generally usage wear with some scuffing/discoloration throughout. Partially visible Draper & Maynard markings appear on back: Overall EXEstimated Price Range: ($300-$500)
