Description: Fine Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig photograph by Todd Studios c.1920s (PSA/DNA Type I). Substantive original sepia tone 6 1/2"x7 1/2" image picturing the feared slugging duo of the 1920s Yankees posed in full uniform leaning on bats. Registration and contrast are outstanding with only a few tiny surface flakes and some light age wear. The photo is mounted onto a period photo board vintage ink names printed at the top margins which was used for Louisville Slugger advertising purposes. Stamped by Todd Studios on back of the photo with H&B archival stamp on back of photo board. Unique and exceptional 1920s era Ruth and Gehrig photograph. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA graded Type I and letter of provenance from the Hillerich & Bradsby Co: EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$3,000)
