Handsome wooden framed piece reads, "Chicago White Sox Salute The Outstanding Career of Billy Pierce (1946-1961) April 22, 1989." It was presented to Pierce by the organization in a ceremony during the White Sox game at Comiskey Park which was played on that day. Measures 12.5"x15.5" with no mentionable wear.
