Description: Lot of (2) 1913 "New York-Chicago World's Base Ball Tour" letters. Pair of letters on ornate stationery which pictures Hall of Famers Charles Comiskey and John J. McGraw as issued to promote the exhibition tour on which they were to embark. June 1st dated letter has fantastic content announcing the tour and has been signed by a secretary on behalf of Charles Comiskey. July 3rd dated letter acknowledges a game which was intended to be played in Fort Smith, Arkansas, has been signed by N.L. O'Neill.
