Description: Nelson Fox Chicago White Sox professional model hat c.1959. Jet black hat has the "SOX" team logo embroidered on front in red outlined white letters. "Wilson Professional Cap" tag remains on the interior band which has the name "Nelson Fox" written on in vintage ink. Below the band is a size "7" tag and a faint "7" stamp can also be seen. Further attributing the hat, jersey number "2" is written under the brim and then repeated twice inside the body. An accompanying letter of authenticity from SCD Authentic relays that was originally given by Fox to Lou Malnati, founder of a famed Chicago area chain of Pizzerias.
