Description: 1964 Roberto Clemente twice autographed Driver's License Renewal Application. Oversized one page document (front and back) which has been fully executed and signed twice by Clemente in addition to a scarce full name printed signature, "Roberto Clemente Walker". Roberto has also written both of his parents names which in the case of his father constitutes an additional last name signature. Full name "Roberto Clemente" signatures found at bottom of front and back rating 9 out of 10. Interesting to note that Clemente has written "Ball Player" under applicant's present occupation. The document itself has some losses to bottom edge and few staple holes at top margin.
