Description: Fine 1959 Roberto Clemente twice autographed Department of Motor Vehicle document. Oversized one page document (front and back) which has been fully executed and signed twice by Clemente in addition to a scarce full name printed signature, "Roberto Clemente Walker". Content is equally desirable including Clemente referencing his reference as the owner of the San Juan Baseball Club. Roberto has also written both of his parents names which in the case of his father constitutes an additional last name signature. Full name "Roberto Clemente" signatures found at bottom of front and back rating 9 out of 10. The document itself is dated Oct. 9, 1959 with two original portrait images of Clemente attached to the top border. Original fold lines with some minor edge wear and age toning. Exceptional Clemente autographed original document dating to the prime of his Hall of Fame career.
