Original legal page size document with relation to a bank account request with the Caguas Federal Savings & Loan having been signed twice (one in printed version) and fully executed by Clemente in blue ink. Signature and printed name autograph rate 8/9 out of 10 with additional handwritten information completed by Clemente including employer as "Pittsburgh BB Club". Few areas of minor age toning. Rare original dual signed document dating to Clemente's MVP season of 1966.
