Description: 1970 Roberto Clemente Puerto Rico Professional Baseball League presentational award. Mahogany wooden plaque presented to Clemente by the esteemed Puerto Rico Professional Baseball League dated July 1970. Silver plated placard attached to the front inscribed (In Spanish), "In Recognition to his brilliant career in professional baseball and as a thank you to his contribution to highlight our civic-sports values that have turned him into the symbol of Puerto Rico". Various Puerto Rico team insignias displayed around the perimeter with facsimile signature of League President Rodrigo Otero Suro at the bottom. 11"x13" with some minor surface scratching.
