Includes original Honorable Discharge certificate dated October 1945 with "John Robert Mize" name typed in along additional rank/unit information; Two secondary file copies on vintage photographic paper which also have his discharge form (bearing printed signature); Original envelope with his name/rank typed on front; Unused form which has name typewritten at top and was found in the envelope; 7"x9" press photo signed by Mize in marker rating 9/10 out of 10 and showing him in Navy uniform.
