White mesh jersey with yellow and green accents has the number "12" sewn on front, back, and shoulders. A "Rodgers" nameplate appears on the back. Nike On Field tag in the collar notes size (48) with adjacent year ("2013") and custom hem ("+6 Length") flag tags. Strong usage wear evident throughout with numerous scuffs, contact, and turf marks.
