Description: Rare 1967 Oakland Raiders 14k gold AFL Championship ring with scarce presentational box (Super Bowl II). Desirable ring being one of only three or four from this team to have surfaced as presented to a closely associated front office member. Classic design features "Oakland Raiders AFL Champions" titling on the beveled edge of black onyx background and a solitaire diamond (replaced from original) of approx. 20pt carat weight. On one shank is the name "McDevitt" with "Partner" noted below. Below is the Raiders team logo, word "Poise", and year "67." Opposite has the AFL logo and game scores. Marked "John Roberts JR 14K" on the interior band and measures to size (11). The rare presentational box (possibly the only one which remains) is done in wood with placard on lid impressed with the Raiders team logo. Text reads in part, "Presented to Joe McDevitt, Partner, For your contribution to the 1967 American Football League Champions, Oakland Raiders." Light wear to both pieces: EX/MT
