Description: Johnny Mize 1952 New York Yankees World Series ladies ring. Original 1952 New York Yankees World Series ring fashioned in a ladies sizing for Mize's wife as requested by Johnny Mize. The ring features an inset diamond of approx. 1/2 carat weight with each side panel displaying the Yankees insignia with 1952 date. Interior ring band is properly marked "Balfour 14K". Light to moderate surface wear is evident remaining in fine overall condition. Highly treasured award piece within the Mize family as related to Johnny's outstanding 1952 World Series performance in which he belted three home runs.
