Original "Honorable Discharge" certificate date October 1945 with "John Robert Mize" name typed in along additional rank/unit information; two secondary file copies on vintage photographic paper which also have his discharge form (bearing printed signature). A large example is housed in folding cover; original envelope with his name/rank typed on front; unused form which has name typewritten at top and was found in the envelope; 7"x9" press photo signed "Johnny Mize" (marker, 9/10 out of 10) and showing him in Navy uniform.
