Description: 1910 William Howard Taft autographed Naval Commission. Partially printed document on velum has been signed, as President, "Wm. H. Taft." Standard areas have been filled in by another individual and others have likewise signed in official capacity. All done in period ink rating 8 to 8/9 out of 10. Typical light age toning and the usual minor handling wear. Mounted to 22"x26" backing for display (appears removable however this can not be guaranteed).
