Standard areas have been filled in by another individual and the Secretary of War has likewise signed in official capacity. All done in period ink rating 7/8-8 out of 10. Typical light age toning, some fold lines, and the usual minor handling wear. Displayed within 22.5"x26" mat which is suitable for framing.
