Description: Fergie Jenkins autographed professional model baseball bat c.1980-83. Louisville Slugger 125 model D143 with Jenkins facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 34" long and weighs 35.4oz. Player number "31" and the model number have been written on the knob in vintage marker. Outstanding usage wear with ball and contact marks throughout the barrel along with a few scattered rack marks. Vintage tape applied to the handle remains in place along with a coat of pine tar. A faint marker signature on the barrel appears to be dated 1991. An exceptional example dating from the twilight of his Hall of Fame career.
