Walnut wooden plaque presented to Minoso in 1977 in honor of his "Long and Meritorius Service" by the Chicago Old Timers Baseball Association. Inscribed brass placard features Minoso's lifetime membership brass card embossed at the top. 15" tall with some scattered surface scratching.
