Description: 1972 Gary Carter handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized questionnaire has Sep. 26, 1972 date stamped at upper corner. Carter has handwritten his full name "Gary Edmund Carter" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, he relates greatest thrill to date was having hit (3) homeruns in a Little League All-Star Game. Carter, then (18) years old, had been drafted by Montreal earlier in the year and played several games in their Minor League system. All done in ink rating 8/9 out of 10.
