Description: 1947 Don Larsen handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized "American Baseball Bureau" questionnaire has Aug. 11, 1947 date stamped at upper corner. Larsen has signed his full name "Don James Larsen" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, he writes that his ambition is to "make the majors." All done in pencil rating 7-7/8 out of 10. Faint fold lines and a touch of light wear.
