Description: 1948 Robin Roberts handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized "American Baseball Bureau" questionnaire with May 14, 1948 date stamped at upper corner was filled out in the period by the noted Hall of Famer less than a month before his debut with the Phillies. He has printed his full name "Robin Evan Roberts" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, Roberts writes that his ambition in baseball is "Be Major League Pitcher." All done in ink rating 7/8-8 out of 10. Faint fold lines and a touch of light wear.
