Large presentational piece (12"x15") has a "Dallas Cowboys" team logo medallion displayed below "Pennzoil Key Play Award" titling placard. An additional football shaped plate mounted at bottom reads, "Presented To Tony Dorsett Dallas Cowboys, For Outstanding Performance During The NFL Dassas-New York Jets (sic) Game, Broadcast By Mutual Broadcasting System, December 17, 1978."
