Official "Certificate of Distinguished Citizenship" signed by then Governor Spiro Agnew presented on September 11, 1968. Text reads in part, "in recognition of your ten years of valuable contributions to the Baltimore Colts and professional football; and in grateful appreciation of the services you have rendered to the young people of the community."
