Official P.Tagliabue NFL football as presented to Cunningham for his performance on the Philadelphia Eagles in a victory against the Packers by a score of 13-7. Two side panels feature hand painted surfaces denoting the presentation to Cunningham for offensive player of the game. Cunningham defeated a young Brett Favre and the Packers in a tight game that included a rushing touchdown. Light general wear to the ball surface from apparent game use.
