Official P.Tagliabue NFL football as presented to Cunningham for his performance on the Philadelphia Eagles in a victory against the Redskins by a score of 19-6. Two side panels feature hand painted surfaces denoting the presentation to Cunningham for offensive player of the game. Cunningham led the Eagles to victory with a TD pass and 60 yards rushing.
