Description: Mel Blount autographed professional model turf shoes (late 70s - early 80s). Adidas brand turf shoes, each with the number "58" written on heel in vintage black marker, have both been signed on the toe "Mel Blount." Marker signatures rate 6/7-7 out of 10 and useage wear is evident throughout. Size 12.5 is stamped on interior along with other production codes and "Gripper" model is noted on outside. Blount helped form the core of a Pittsburgh Steelers Dynasty that took home (4) Super Bowl Championship in (6) seasons and left an indellible mark on the game. Exceedinly rare offering as relates to one of the best cornerbacks in NFL history with direct first hand provenance.
