Description: 1972 Kansas City Royals professional model road uniform. Gray flannel jersey with “Kansas City” block lettered across the front has number “6” on back. Team logo patch appears on left sleeve. In the collar is an “Set 2 – 72” swiss embroidered strip tag and the Wilson manufacturers tag on tail notes size, “42.” Pants are similarly tagged (size 34) with “72-6-P34-24” and “Martinez” embroidered strip tags. These denote year, number, size, and inseam along with reference to Buck Martinez whom did not play with the team that year (had been rostered in 1970-71). Exceptionally well preserved with just a hint of visible usage wear: EXEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
