Description: Don Mattingly professional model baseball bat c.1985-86. Louisville Slugger 125 model T141 bat with Mattingly facsimile signature burned into the barrel end measures 34" long and weighs 31oz. Player number "23" is written on the knob in black marker but has been gone over in blue with "24" written several times around the edge. Within the referenced labeling period that number was worn by Rickey Henderson. Exceptional usage wear evident throughout with the hitting surface covered in ball and rack marks. Healthy coat of pine tar remains on handle. Highly desirable first hand sourced bat of a Yankees player who reached the height of fan popularity.
