Large format original oil on canvas with exceptionally well done collage of player likenesses filling the upper portion, all shown in familiar poses and affiliated uniforms. Each has signed in the large lower white border with (54) signatures total incl. Mickey Mantle (No.7 inscribed), Roy Campanella, Willie Mays, Stan Musial, Sandy Koufax, Don Drysdale, Hank Aaron, Charles Gehringer, Mike Schmidt, Ernie Banks, Buck Leonard, Eddie Mathews, Al Kaline, and others. Marker signatures rate 7/8 to 9 out of 10. Gallery style framed to 29.5"x53" overall with dramatic display value and signed by the artist within (dated 2001). One of the best paintings we have encountered within the sports genre with regard to quality and content.
