Description: Bobby Doerr professional model team index baseball bat c.1940s. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with "Bobby Doerr" facsimile signature burned into the barrel end measures 35" long and weights 35.4oz. Stamped in the knob is an "K26" model number and "14" player number identifier appears in vintage black marker. Exceptional usage wear is evident throughout ball and rack marks to barrel which displays some separation at grain. Period handle tape remains in place along with pine tar.
