Description: Carl Yastrzemski autographed professional model baseball bat c.1973-1975. Louisville Slugger 125 baseball bat with Yastrzemski facsimile signature burned into the barrel end measures 34" long and weighs 34.2oz. Model number "W215" is stamped in the knob which has numerous handwritten and/or gone over vintage marker notations. Bat offers striking display value with strong usage wear evident throughout including ball/transfer marks covering the barrel which has small nail repaired area on reverse and grain swelling. Pine tar remains in large part just above the handle area with some below. Signed in black paint pen rating 9 out of 10, "Carl Yastrzemski game used 1973." Choice bat as dates to the heart of his tenure in Boston with desirable hand inscribed provenance.
