Description: October 16, 2004 Johnny Pesky ceremonial first pitch baseball. Official Selig OML baseball with commemorative stampings denoting it as being the ceremonial first pitch thrown out by Johnny Pesky before Game #3 of the ALCS against the New York Yankees. The ball is signed by Dom DiMaggio who was in attendance and was thrown out before the Yankees trounced the Red Sox by a score of 19-8 giving them a 3 games to 0 lead in the series.
