Top of ring features "American League Champions" lettering encircling "B" with inset diamonds on a red field. Side panel has "Pesky" nameplate above Red Sox insignia with other side panel "1986" date above Fenway Park rendering. Marked "LGB CK" on interior ring band. Retains original Balfour box.
