Desirable original card as issued to Johnny Pesky in the late 1940s listing his discharge as "Honorable: Release from Active Duty." His right index fingerprint appears on back above a rare full name "John Michael Paveskovich" signature (fountain pen rating 8 to 8/9 out of 10). Front has his name, rank, and identification number typed in and is signed by an officer. Hint of light toning to laminate cover and extremely minor evident wear. Includes his official "Department of The Navy" folder containing numerous c.1940s-1950s appointments, certificates, assorted documents (which bear around half a dozen "Paveskovich" signatures), and others.
