Description: Vintage Johnny Pesky et al. large format photographic display c.1940s-1950s. Framed display from Pesky's personal effects hosts a series of original period photographs in which he can be seen in uniform in a variety of poses. Other notables shown include Ted Williams, Bobby Doerr, and Dom DiMaggio. A number of the images have been trimmed and all are mounted to backing with varying degrees of light general wear. Small paper at lower right is dated 1949 with "Photo by Dick Thompson Boston Sunday Advertiser" text.
