Description: December 7, 1941 Brooklyn Dodgers vs. New York Giants scorecard (Tuffy Leemans Day - Pearl Harbor). Original scorecard issued for game played at the Polo Grounds on the same day the United States was drawn into World War 2 with the attack on Pearl Harbor. Although the crowd would not learn details of what had occurred until the game let out announcements were made throughout asking servicemen to report back to the their bases. Heavy stock fold over scorecard has scattered wear/creasing visible on front which is similarly displayed on back which also has a chip at lower edge. A horizontal tear has been taped reinforced as have numerous small imperfections throughout: PR-GDEstimated Price Range: ($250-$500)
