Description: Joe Sewell's 1989 Baseball Hall of Fame 50th Anniversary pin. Presentational style pinback medal (light wear) as given to Sewell in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Hall of Fame. Numbered 22 of 700 on the reverse with ornate brass pinback bar attached to a red, white, and blue ribbon with suspended enamelwork medallion. Retains its original lidded casing. Also includes silver plated baseball which has been signed across sweetspot area, "Joe Sewell H.O.F. 1977" in black marker rating 9 out of 10.
