Description: Unique miniature baseball bat salesman's sample bag includes (12) period c.1910s-1920s bats. Large canvas carrying bag having individual spots sewn in allowing bats to be housed for transport. Retains (12) original period mini-bats (16"-22" long) with all but (1) being of Hillerich & Bradsby and/or Louisville Slugger manufacture. Includes Eddie Collins model 40EC decal bat (decal largely intact from portrait left, right side missing approximately 50%); (2) "League Regulation" decal bats (models No.12 and 13) with (1) decal approximately 60-70% intact, the other missing a large portion; (3) "Bing-Go" examples (models No.5, 20, and 30); (4) signature models including Babe Ruth (model 40BRJ), Eddie Collins (model 40ECJ), Harry Heilmann (model 40 HH), and Joe Cronin (slightly later period c.early 30s); Outfield Fungo and Oil Tempered models; and "No.2" marked green finish bat. Varying degrees of wear throughout inclusive of surface wear/pitting, some chipping, discoloration, etc. Most bats and bag fall in GD-VG range with a few better.
