The home run was hit in a game played against the Philadelphia Phillies off of their ace starting pitcher Robin Roberts. Several panels of the baseball display period hand written notations by Bill Mazeroski inclusive of "First Homer Aug 16, 1956" and "First Homer in Majors in Philadelphia from Roberts".
