Description: Rare and significant Bill Mazeroski 1960 World Series presentational wristwatch. Outstanding Bulova wristwatch as presented to select members of the 1960 World Champion Pirates team who either hit a home run or earned a pitching victory during the World Series. With no qualifiers, the offered specimen as presented to Bill Mazeroski must be considered the most significant of the scant few issued to player recipients. Bulova 14KT gold watch features twenty inset diamonds and remains in fine working order. Reverse is inscribed, "Awarded to Bill Mazeroski Pittsburgh Pirates For Home Run World Series 1960 by Wilkens Jewelers." Included with the watch is a full scrapbook page from Mazeroski's personal collection picturing the players receiving their watches as well as a period newspaper advertisement from Wilkens Jewelers promoting the presentation of the watches.
