Description: Jackie Robinson, historic 1947 season (glass plate negative). Exceptional image of Robinson taken during his earliest days in the Major Leagues displays a fine art-like contrast/clarity. Vintage glass plate negative with a hint of typical/expected extremely light wear which is largely confined to edges.
