Description: 1965 Carl Yastrzemski All-Star Game professional model baseball bat. Adirondack baseball bat with "Yastrzemski 1965 All Stars" block lettered into the barrel end measures 35" long and weighs 32.7oz. Model number "79A" has been stamped into the knob. Fine example for display with no evident usage wear. Yaz was just settling in to his stellar career with the Boston Red Sox making his second of what would be (18) appearances in the All-Star Game. Two years later he would win the Triple Crown, a feat not repeated until 2012. Obtained directly from Yastrzemski by club employee in the period.
