Ink signature rates 7/8 out of 10. Ball displays an even cream coloration with small area of discoloration to left of autograph. Humphrey served as Vice President under Lydon Johnson and was active in Minnesota politics twice serving as Senator and also as the Mayor of Minneapolis.
