Description: 1964 Philadelphia Phillies professional model road jersey (autographed by Rick Wise). Road gray flannel has "Phillies" team name lettered across the front in scripted logo font and player number "18" on back. On the front tail is a "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with the size "44" and below is an embroidered "1964" year tag. Signed just above in blue marker, "Rick Wise 1964" rating 7/8 out of 10 (slight bleed). Wise debuted for the Phillies in 1964 wearing the number "18" and it appears that this was likely an "extra" which, while remaining in all original form, was not prepared specifically for his use lacking the typical additional collar tag.
