Pinstriped flannel jersey has "Phillies" team name lettered across the front in scripted logo font and player number "5" on back. "Micelotta R." embroidered strip tag present in collar and additional year "1954" strip tag is present on front tail. Above is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag and wash tag along with adjacent size "42" flag tag. Evident usage and wash wear throughout remaining very well preserved overall.
